Featuring Dancers from The Florida Ballet & New York Dance Project

Saturday, March 10, 7:30 pm, at Swisher Theater Jacksonville University.

Program Description:

The art of dance continually strives to push the limits of movement, concept and style in Boundless, an evening of compelling performances by The Florida Ballet and New York Dance Project.

This collaborative dance concert, will feature dancers from The Florida Ballet Conservatory and guest artists from New York Dance Project. Renowned choreographers Tyler Gilstrap, Gabrielle Lamb, and Davis Robertson will bring to the stage three new works that reflect the forward direction of dance in this new exciting age. All three pieces will balance the traditional classical ballet work choreographed by Gerald Arpino, co-founder of the Joffrey Ballet.

The Florida Ballet Conservatory will be joining New York Dance Project on stage during portions of Tyler Gilstrap's choreography as well as presenting scenes from Aaron Copland's American Ballet, Appalachian Spring, choreographed by Heather Olschewske.

Join us for an unbounded night of dance!
