Daniel Estrada
Senior Apprentice
Born and raised in El Salvador, Daniel Estrada began his ballet training at the age of 15 at his mother’s studio, Macholah Escuela de Danza. At 16, he immigrated to the United States, where he continued his training and performance career with El Paso Ballet Theater. His passion and dedication led him to become a Butler Fellow with Ballet Austin, where he further refined his artistry and stagecraft.
Daniel has performed a wide range of classical and contemporary roles, including the Nutcracker Prince in The Nutcracker, Peter in Peter and the Wolf, Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and one of the Matadors in Don Quixote, among others. In 2023, he was honored with an invitation to perform internationally in Germany at the renowned +Tanz Gala. For the past two years, Daniel has worked as a performer for The Walt Disney Company, expanding his versatility and stage presence. Now, he is thrilled to return to his roots in ballet and continue pursuing his passion for dance with renewed energy and purpose.
