Lisa brings a unique blend of artistic and business acumen to her role as the Executive Director of The Florida Ballet. With a rich history as a Florida Ballet alumnae, teacher and Board member, Lisa understands the organization from the inside out and is deeply passionate about its mission to enrich and inspire the cultural landscape of our community.

Her transition into leadership is supported by an impressive business background, including a successful career in commercial real estate. This experience, coupled with her academic credentials, equips her with the strategic insight and financial expertise necessary to guide the organization through sustainable growth.

As a former dancer herself, Lisa is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between the artistic and operational aspects of the ballet, ensuring that the organization thrives both creatively and financially. Her leadership is marked by a commitment to fostering collaboration, expanding community engagement, and promoting the transformative power of ballet within the arts community.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida. Lisa is an ABT certified teacher, having recently completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.

With deep ties to The Florida Ballet and a passion for its future, Lisa is dedicated to leading the organization into its next chapter, enhancing its impact in the cultural landscape, and empowering the next generation of artists.
