Zoe Gordon
Apprentice
Zoe Gordon began dancing at the age of 3 in Atlanta, Georgia at the Dancer’s Studio Backstage and later joined their performance company, Atlanta Dance Theatre at 8 years old. While in Atlanta, she danced under the instruction of Jonnie Kelley, Victoria Leigh, Lonnie Davis, and Shelley Grames. At age 15 she moved on to train with the Orlando Molina Ballet Training Center for the 2019-2020 school year. Zoe then moved to North Carolina to train at Cary Ballet in their professional training program the following year. While in Cary, she trained with Marialena Ruiz and Heather Iler for 2 years. After graduating, she then moved to Jacksonville to join the Florida Ballet’s Trainee program for two seasons and has been promoted to apprentice for the 24/25 season.
Zoe has been to various summer intensives including Houston Ballet and ABT as well as competing at ADC, YAGP, and UBC. She is very excited to be dancing with the Florida Ballet for a fourth season.
